Return Policy
All sales from Matcha & Co. are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@matchaandcotx.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and provide a replacement at our discretion. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that Matcha & Co. is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery.
